Texting, Higgs-Boson, IT Rules and Browser Security

I agree with the last of the blog watch list on the NTSB call for banning
texting.
Unenforceable, arbitrary, over-reaching...regulations like this...will make
some people feel good. ... But that’s all they will accomplish.
